The undefeated Broadmoor Bobcats will take on the best of the best, the Area Coaches in a prime time game at Mentor High School. Charlie Malta and John O’Donnell will broadcast live on Integrity Radio ( WINT) and world wide on the internet. Area Cheerleaders including Sparkles will keep your spirits high. North High Jazz band will keep your pulse racing while the Bobcats run the coaches up and down the courts. Step out to the lobby for a bake sale, t-shirt sale and concessions. At half time we will draw winner for the 50/50 raffle. Come support the Bobcats or your favorite coach. All proceeds benefit the Broadmoor adaptive physical education program.

Course Description: The 3.1 mile course is paved and runs through the Deepwood Campus near the Great Lakes Mall in Mentor. It includes one hill. Cost: The non-refundable pre-registration fee is $20.00 (postmarked before/on March 22). The race day fee is $25.00. Persons over 70 or those in the military receive FREE registrations. Runners/walkers who dress up like Big Foot also receive FREE race entries. Entry with ID only. No bikes or roller blades. Participants are given an original Big Footer t-shirt, a race packet and a ticket for a pancake breakfast served with Andy’s famous coffee/hot chocolate. There are additional prizes for race day contests, such as for spotting the most Big Foots or receiving a flag from Big Foot himself. Awards: Gift certificates will be presented to the top 3 finishers overall and the top 3 finishers in each category. Race results will be posted at www.greaterclevelandxc.com. Race Categories: Male and female categories are divided by age group.

Art Unveiling and Art Contest Awards Celebration March 5, 2019 6:00 – 7:30 pm. On March 5, 2019, we will host an Art Unveiling and Art Contest Awards Celebration at the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Deepwood – VGC building located at 8121 Deepwood Blvd in Mentor. This is a free event that is open to the public. Designed to kickoff Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, the evening aims to celebrate artistic talent and promote commUNITY through the lens of creativity. Talk to some of the artists and hear firsthand about what inspired their art, and converse with community peers to discuss your unique interpretations of the artwork. You will be able to view the large canvas artworks that were contributed by each program area, as well as all of the entries submitted to our Agency Art Contest.

Each five-card variety pack includes one of each of the cards shown (Birthday, You Are My Sunshine, Thank You, and the all occasion Heart and Butterfly cards), including envelopes. You can purchase your notecards from the Broadmoor School Main Office or by completing this form and returning it to the Broadmoor School (attention Cathy Genelius).
