DESCRIPTION of NEEDED SERVICES:  The individual is a 59-year old female who resides in Mentor.  She has been diagnosed with quadriplegia and is dependent on her hands-free home devices.  She is looking for assistance troubleshooting with her hands-free Alexa devices including, but not limited to updating her current devices.

FUNDING SOURCE:  I/O Waiver
