The LCBDD Provider Support Department offers training to Providers and hosts Provider meetings on a regular basis.
The trainings offered include:
- CPR / First Aid (American Heart Association)
- Medication Administration (Initial and Renewal)
- Up to Monthly Training Session in Topics identified to help meet the 6 hour Annual Training Criteria
Trainings are offered by LCBDD as an option. Providers are not required to take training through LCBDD. DODD offers free online training sessions to help Providers meet the requirements for initial certification/training and annual required training. Those trainings can be accessed through DODD MyLearning.
It is the Provider’s responsibility to maintain records of training(s) attended and completed.

Virtual Content Library
County Board Provider Support has created a virtual library of resources for Providers. This library contains a variety of information that can be used to Providers to learn new information or more about topics that can help you elevate your services. You can find the virtual content library here.
Providers are required to maintain training on an annual basis. It is the responsibility of the Provider to ensure they complete and maintain training as required.
