DESCRIPTION of NEEDED SERVICES: The individual is a 38-year-old female who resides in Madison. She is looking for a one-time purchase of a multi-functional shower chair that functions as a shower wheelchair, transfer chair, toilet chair, and bedside commode. The shower chair should feature easy mobility and height adjustment, 360° wheels with locking capability, and a push handle. The chair should be made with waterproof materials that support up to 200lbs and include supports like an ergonomic backrest and cushioned. The chair should have a flexible folding frame that folds compactly for transportation and storage and armrests that flip up for easy transfers.
