DESCRIPTION of NEEDED SERVICES: The individual is a 38-year-old female who resides in Madison. She is looking for a one-time purchase of a bed sensor pad. The ideal pad should be constructed from non-slip materials, featuring anchoring elements or a broad surface area to prevent shifting caused by the user’s uncontrolled movements. The pad would need to alert staff when the individual is getting out of bed so that staff can assist her to prevent falls.
