DESCRIPTION of NEEDED SERVICES: 71-year-old woman living in Wickliffe in need of outdoor rails on both sides of the 3 steps leading to front doorway and small grab bar for support in and out of doorway. Also, an indoor stairlift so that she can access her bedroom more independently and safely.
