DESCRIPTION of NEEDED SERVICES: This individual is a 33-year-old male with Autism. He resides with his family in their home in Mentor. He is looking for an HPC or Residential Respite provider. He needs to be actively engaged while with staff and would like to engage with community experiences he enjoys such as trainspotting or exercising at the Y. Male preferred. He benefits from assistance with understanding social cues and boundaries, and processing perseverations.

DIAGNOSES: Autism, Moderate ID, Anxiety, OCD, others
HOUSING: Lives at home with his family in Mentor.
