DESCRIPTION OF REQUESTED SERVICES: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to identify qualified providers of Group Employment Services for an individual on Level One Waiver. The individual is seeking a small, supportive, and quiet work setting located near Wickliffe. He may be open to Mentor and surrounding areas. Looking for day shift and not too late in the evening so (early evening may be fine).

DESCRIPTION OF INDIVIDUAL: The individual is a friendly and cooperative adult who demonstrates strong adaptability and willingness to learn. He benefits from a structured, predictable routine and thrives in smaller group settings where the environment is calm and not overly stimulating. He adapts well to change, is coachable and receptive to feedback, and has experience in past jobs and setting. Areas he may require support: May require prompting and coaching to assert needs or communicate concerns, as he is naturally shy, benefits from clear expectations and consistent communication, and performs best in quieter work environments with small groups. May need time to process what is being asked of him in the moment. He currently is in Voc Hab program where he works in the greenhouse and shredding.
