DESCRIPTION OF REQUESTED SERVICES: In need of morning backup HPC services for two hours starting around 10:00/10:30 AM. This is for when primary caregiver goes out of town every couple months. Specific dates needed June 29th– July 1st. Individual needs assistance with hygiene tasks and ADLS.
