DIAGNOSES: Individual has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Asperger’s), ADD, Nearsightedness, and Astigmatism.
HOUSING: Lives with mother
DAY PROGRAM/EMPLOYMENT: Attends Day program
