DESCRIPTION OF INDIVIDUAL: 22-year-old female who works in Willoughby who needs onsite job support a few times per week, mainly talking through issues that may arise on the site. She is very independent with her duties at her job. Coach also needs to be at all meetings with her boss/supervisor and evaluations.
DIAGNOSES: Autism, Social Pragmatic Skills Disorder
HOUSING: She lives at home with her parents in Willoughby, Ohio
