Male with an IO Waiver, living in Andover, is in need of Waiver Nursing Delegation Services or Home Health Aide Services 7 days a week twice a day, 2 hours each, for a total of 28 hours a week. He needs his cecostomy tube changed once a week, occasionally a second time if a clog happens. He receives two daily infusions into his cecostomy tube to ensure he is able to go to the bathroom daily. These infusions must be spread out to allow one infusion to take effect before another is given. This allows the infusion to settle easier on his stomach. He does not remember to complete this task on his own.
