DESCRIPTION of NEEDED SERVICES: A young man who lives in Kirtland needs a ramp so that he can safely exit the back door of his home to the patio in his power wheelchair. The ramp would need to be covered with a tread that would prevent his wheelchair from sliding when the ramp is wet.
