DESCRIPTION OF INDIVIDUAL: She is fun to be around and likes to socialize. She likes to color and build Legos. She is educated, she is her own guardian and enjoys making her own decisions. She is smart, likes to help others, enjoys being around kids and animals.
PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS: She is diagnosed with Prader Willi syndrome (a genetic disorder) that leaves her with a chronic feeling of hunger. She will indulge herself in food if she feels people are not watching her. She should have visual supervision around food to make sure that she is not pocketing food or causing herself to become ill.
TRANSPORTATION NEEDS: Non-modified vehicle
DIAGNOSES: Prader Willi and Scoliosis.
HOUSING: Mentor area
DAY PROGRAM/EMPLOYMENT: Looking for a voc/- group employment provider.
