DESCRIPTION of NEEDED SERVICES: A 23-year-old man who lives in Mentor needs a roll in shower (possibly wet room style) to replace the current shower in the upstairs bathroom. His OT has recommended a zero-threshold shower and a tilt in space shower chair. Also need a solution to assist him from the top of the stairs from stairlift to the shower chair.
