DESCRIPTION OF NEEDED SERVICES: Individual is looking for housing within Lake County, ideally in eastern (Madison/Perry) areas. She would need assistance with maintaining ledgers and receipts for funds, reminders for daily routines and cleaning, shopping for food and other household items, etc. She can be very independent with a set routine but needs constant reinforcement for the routine. She can likely manage several hours of alone time once settled. Female roommates may be preferable.

DIAGNOSES: Mild ID, Bipolar, MDD
HOUSING: Seeking housing. Currently lives with family, receiving respite elsewhere as of this posting.
