He works at Stakes Manufacturing in Eastlake, OH Tuesday-Friday and is very proud of his job and the work he does. He is very friendly and loves to have conversations with everyone. He has no mobility or physical limitations and requires a non-modified vehicle.
PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS: NMT certified.
TRANSPORTATION NEEDS: Non-modified vehicle.
DIAGNOSES: Moderate Intellectual Disability.
HOUSING: Mentor, OH near the Great Lakes Mall.
DAY PROGRAM/EMPLOYMENT: Competitively employed at Stakes Manufacturing.
