DESCRIPTION of INDIVIDUAL: This person is a friendly 55-year-old man who is non-verbal and does not have safety skills, requires 24-hour supervision. He is a busy man who needs a program to allow him to try things on his own but to have someone there to keep him safe and redirect him from distractions.
PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS:
A provider would need to be able to deliver all ISP services as determined at the ISP meeting.
