DESCRIPTION OF NEEDED SERVICES: Seeking a provider to install padding on walls and floor of individual’s bedroom. This padding needs to be able to withstand being pulled on as previous padding has been ripped off by the individual.

HOUSING: Lives with parents in family home in Painesville.
