DESCRIPTION of INDIVIDUAL: This person is a quiet 53-year-old female who loves her cat and classic TV. She needs assistance with her phone. Social media accounts and Alexa. She enjoys bowling, eating out, cleaning and playing board games. She needs assistance with shopping, pet care, food inventory and transportation.
PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS: A provider would need to be able to deliver all ISP services as determined at the ISP meeting.

HOUSING: She resides in her own apartment in Wickliffe.
