DIAGNOSES: Cerebral Palsy, Depression, Moderate ID, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Seizure Disorder, ADHD, Right Hemiplegia, Constipation, and Vitamin D Deficiency. He has no known allergies.
