A 41-year-old male, living in Geneva with an IO Waiver, is looking for HPC services 17 hours per week. These hours would be around his day program + natural support times. He has natural support overnight. He uses a power wheelchair. Staff will assist with transfers, ADLs, in home activities, communication, emergencies and cleaning his area of the home on his behalf. Supervision level is general in the home + close/constant in the community. Natural supports typically handle community outings + appointments.
