DESCRIPTION of NEEDED SERVICES: Family in Willoughby seeking several home modifications for their 12-year-old daughter to have better access to their home. Looking to open up hallway by possibly removing a wall to make room for her powerchair to access her bedroom and bathroom more easily. About 6 feet of ceiling track installed in living room to access the couch (to use with existing lift motor and sling). Modification to bathroom to add a door between her bedroom and bathroom. This most likely will involve moving and/or replacing the current sink in the bathroom. Explore options to open up a hallway closet adjacent to her bedroom to make room for a changing table. Widen front door and add a concrete pad at the end of the ramp so that the ramp is more accessible from the driveway.
