Male, living in Andover with an IO Waiver, is requesting Waiver Nursing Delegation Services or Home Health for 7 days a week for 2 hours a day, twice a day, totaling 28 hours a week. Individual needs his cecostomy tube changed once a week, occasionally a second time if a clog happens. Individual gets two daily infusions into his cecostomy tube to ensure he is able to go to the bathroom daily. These infusions must be spread out to allow for one infusion to take effect before another is given. This allows the infusions to settle easier on individuals’ stomach. Individual does not remember to complete this task on his own and we want to ensure health and safety.
