DIAGNOSES: Traumatic Brain Injury resulting in Hemiparesis, seizures, and hemianopsia
HOUSING: Lives in congregate setting
DAY PROGRAM: Attends day program in Perry
SUPPORTS NEEDED: Total assistance with all banking, budgeting, bill paying and redetermination of benefits.
