DESCRIPTION of NEEDED SERVICES: Individual is a 72-year-old woman who, due to decreasing mobility, needs a ramp replacement from kitchen into the garage. There is an existing wooden ramp, but it needs to be replaced with something safer with railings. She lives in a house in Mentor on the Lake.
