DESCRIPTION of NEEDED SERVICES: Family in Willoughby seeking options to address issues with their existing ramp from front door to driveway. This is for their 12-year-old daughter who is non-ambulatory. The current ramp is sinking into the yard and does not transition well from the bottom of ramp to the driveway. Also, it is difficult to get out the front door and turn onto the ramp. Possible door widening or change to current ramp radius.
