The individual is looking for a day program that has a more structured schedule so that she knows what each day will look like in general. The individual would prefer a smaller group but is open to larger groups. The individual would like to go on outings, play games, and learn new things.

DESCRIPTION OF INDIVIDUAL: Individual is a 45 y/o female who enjoys tabletop games, learning, and math. She can often get cold due to medical condition. She needs a part time schedule due to a medical appointment a couple days a week. The individual is hard of hearing and may need staff to speak louder or repeat themselves. The individual can sometimes get upset when she feels others aren’t listening to her. There is a misunderstanding, and staff should ask clarifying questions to find the cause of the misunderstanding.
