DESCRIPTION OF INDIVIDUAL: Individual is a 33-year-old male who is non-speaking and communicates via iPad using a communication application called proloquo 2 go. He uses a variety of visual supports and the use of his communication device to identify his wants and needs to staff and family.

TRANSPORTATION NEEDS: Autism Spectrum Disorder, William’s Syndrome, Multiple Congenital Anomalies, Moderate Intellectual Disability, and Esophageal Reflux
