DESCRIPTION OF INDIVIDUAL: Individual is 32 and mostly non-verbal but able to communicate in 1–2-word sentences and other multimodal methods and shows high receptive language abilities. He shows an interest in others’ devices and proficiency in using them, and his guardian feels he would benefit from having his own.
PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS: ATQ Consultation certification; qualified to assess speech needs
