1103 – HPC in an Established Congregate Setting – IO Waiver

Male (27), IO Waiver, is looking for placement into a waiver home or ICF setting. He can communicate with one word phrases and does use gestures. He requires total support for all medication administration. He primarily uses the restroom independently but does require some help after a BM. He enjoys playing basketball, going out to eat and being able to socialize with peers. He enjoys joking around with others. He does experience behaviors and physical aggression (throwing/striking). His father is his guardian.
