DIAGNOSES: Genetic Anomaly Leukocyte, GM1 Gangliosidosis, Cerebral Lipidoses, Speech/Language Delay, Developmental Delay. She is non-verbal, unable to walk, and is incontinent.
HOUSING: Lives in Eastlake
DAY PROGRAM/EMPLOYMENT: Attends day program 5 days/wk in Willoughby
