Individual is outgoing, enjoys joking around and is looking for more peer relationships. Individual can become frustrated and become verbal aggressive, accepts redirection.

DIAGNOSES: Cerebral Palsy, Depression, Moderate ID, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Seizure Disorder, ADHD, Right Hemiplegia, Constipation, and Vitamin D Deficiency.
HOUSING: Living in residential group home in Madison.
DAY PROGRAM/EMPLOYMENT: No day program or employment at this time.
