DESCRIPTION OF REQUESTED SERVICES: NMT for Community Employment, completing trial job sites for the first month or two located in the Eastlake/Mentor areas. Routine schedule will then begin when permanent site is chosen. Hours will generally fall between 8:00am – 1:30pm. NMT needed to work site and return home in Eastlake. Service start date approximately 1/15/25.
