Join the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Deepwood's Transition Services Department on September 11, 2025 from 5:30 -7:00 PM for a Fall Festival featuring outdoor activities and snacks with our Recreation Services team to learn more about our services for youth ages 14-22 years in an inviting and engaging environment. This fun and informative activity will take place at the LCBDD/Deepwood Recreation Site located (up the hill) at 8121 Deepwood Boulevard in Mentor, Ohio 44060.
