Community Recreation Programs

The Community Recreation Program explores various ways for individuals who have developmental disabilities to enjoy recreational activities and events designed to enrich a person’s life. We offer inclusive programs that you can do out and about in the community or from the comfort of your home.

For additional information about recreation services, please call (440) 350-5165 or email info@lakebdd.org.

Community Recreation Brochure

One offering, the Community Recreation brochure, helps build social and habilitation skills while individuals have fun and explore new interests. Activities include crafts, cultural field trips, horseback riding, community outings, and so much more. Please review the Community Recreation Program brochure carefully as some of the activities and outings might require registration and fees.

Current brochures will always be posted on our website (or you can subscribe to our eNews and select “Recreation” to receive emails when new activities are offered).
