If yes, you are required to obtain at least 3 hours of continuing education credits each year. We’re here to help!
The Lake County Board of DD/Deepwood is now a Host Site for these classes and will present the courses as offered through the Ohio Supreme Court.
Topic: End of Life Decisions
As a result of participating in this course, guardians will be able to:
Identify legal responsibilities of guardians when the person under their care is ill or passes away; discuss medical decisions associated with serious illness and palliative care; explain factors to consider when selecting long term care facilities or hospice care; and describe options related to memorial services and the final disposition of the person under your care.
