Opportunity for Input on State Plan

The mission of the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council is to create change that improves independence, productivity, and inclusion for people with developmental disabilities and their families in community life.

To do this, the DD Council identifies problems or needs that should be addressed. These problems or needs are agreed upon by Council members and identified in DD Council’s Five-Year State Plan on Developmental Disabilities. This State Plan is used to create specific grant proposals.

The projects described in the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council’s State Plan are designed to improve services and supports. For more information and to provide your comments, go to www.ddc.ohio.gov/state-plan-comments before February 28, 2021.
