Annual Input Survey Open November 2 through November 25, 2026

Our County Board values your input. We invite you to read about what we’ve accomplished through our current plan and provide input via out annual input survey. Your responses help us to shape our goals for the next year, remain a valued community partner, and better meet the needs of the individuals we support.

For anyone who does not have computer access and needs a hard copy of the annual goals sent via U.S. mail, we are asking you to email Annual.Input@LakeBDD.org or call 440-350-5032. Please share this information and help us create awareness about the opportunity to provide input so that we can be sure we are planning for changes appropriately while meeting the needs of the individuals we serve in Lake County, Ohio.
