March Recognized as DD Awareness Month!

March 4, 2021, was celebratory indeed! LCBDD Superintendent Elfie Roman appeared with guest Charlie Schulz (and his mother Mary Schulz) as Lake County Commissioners signed a proclamation recognizing the month of March as Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.
