OACB Leaders Visits the LCBDD

In July, Chief Executive Officer Adam Herman and Chief Policy Officer Monica Juenger from the Ohio Association of County Boards (OACB) made a visit to the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Deepwood. They met with Superintendent Elfie Roman and some members of the leadership team.

Following a discussion about the county board’s current projects, challenges, and opportunities, Adam and Monica toured Deepwood Industries, Broadmoor School, and the board’s main campus where Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) services are offered.

The time together fostered valuable conversation and engagement with individuals we serve.
