Our Agency is searching for a Preschool Instructor for the 2026-2027 Broadmoor School year.

Essential Job Duties (not all inclusive):
- Oversees work of Instructor Assistants, field experience, volunteers, student teachers assigned and others assisting in the instructional program.
- Provides instruction for assigned class of students who have developmental disabilities. Instruction includes all major areas of development, based upon student’s needs, curriculum and IEP goals.
- Conducts assessments of each student’s current status in relation to State Content Standards Curriculum, Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals and any other requirement by the Ohio Department of Education (ODE).
- Develops systematic instructional procedures and methodologies for each student based on the IEP and individual learning characteristics and needs of each student.
- Implements instructional activities and procedures to assist students in attaining individualized goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- Must have or be eligible for ODE License in both Primary (Early Childhood) Intervention Specialist AND Primary (Early Childhood) General Education
- Valid State of Ohio driver’s license
