Last Family Forum for 2019

Charting the Life Course with Barb Sapharas – Nov 14, 2019 at 6pm – VGC training room.

For our last family forum, we will be hosting Barb Sapharas to present to parents/families “Charting the Life Course” which are some good person-centered planning tools for individuals and families to use.  Barb presented to SSAs and our ICF Q’s a couple of weeks ago. We have scheduled to have Barbara present to the Advocacy Council on 11-13-19.
