Fred A. Tough is the Executive Vice President of RHG Solutions, a boutique business consulting firm in Cleveland, OH. He brings the benefit of his many years of experience in setting and maintaining financial accountability.

Mr. Tough has previously served as president, vice president and treasurer during his 25 plus year tenure on the Board of Directors at Deepwood Industries and has 3 special needs brothers who are currently served by LCBDD. He looks forward to serving on the LCBDD. Fred holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Lake Erie College.
