The Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Deepwood, in collaboration with Treasurer Michael Zuren and Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities is organizing a Job and Resource Fair for March 3, 2025 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Mentor Public Schools (Paradigm) located at 6465 Center Street, Mentor, Ohio 44060. This is a FREE event that is open to the public. Meet with representatives from local businesses and organizations, with the potential for onsite interviews. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS/ORGANIZATION AND WOULD LIKE A COMPLIMENTARY VENDOR TABLE, PLEASE CONTACT US. Join us for our next Youth Empowerment Group meeting. Topics that may be covered include self-advocacy, independence, effective communication, and community participation. Participants must be Lake County students ages 14-22 years who are eligible for LCBDD services. Broadmoor Bobcats and local coaches will participate in the basketball game of the season on March 31, 2025 at Mentor High School, 6477 Center Street, Mentor Ohio. This is a FREE community event. Doors open at 6:30 PM. Monetary donations will be accepted at the door and all proceeds from the event will directly benefit the Broadmoor School's adapted physical education program.
