You are invited to attend the Fall Festival! Participants must be Lake County students ages 14-22 years who are eligible for LCBDD services. Event takes place 5:30 - 7:00 PM at the Lake County Board of DD/Deepwood - Recreation Site, 8121 Deepwood Blvd, Mentor, OH 44060. Questions/register by emailing Transition.Services@LakeBDD.org.

Join us on September 21, 2026 from 10 - 11:30 AM at the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities in Mentor, Ohio! Adventurers will experience a demonstration of the unique Supported Decision Making (SDM) Role-Playing Game, Dungeons & Dragons & Decisions. Learn how to play the game, spend time playing through a storyline in small groups, and then come back together to discuss how to apply the strategies used in the game to real-life decision-making. Advocacy Series Empowerment Through Connection presents "Public Transportation Skills with LakeTran" on September 23, 2026 from 4:30 - 5:30 PM at the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities in Mentor, Ohio. This educational opportunity is designed for individuals, transition-aged and older, who receive services through the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities to build confidence and independence by teaching practical public transportation skills.
