Notice of Public Hearing

To Parents and Guardians of individuals receiving services through the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities: As we approach the end of the year, it is time for all of the program areas at the Lake County Board of DD/Deepwood to begin to prepare for the development of annual goals for the upcoming year. The Agency would like to obtain your input on the services that it provides both directly and indirectly. The input that we obtain will assist us in developing goals and objectives for all of the departments. The DD system is in a state of change and we need to ensure that we are planning for those changes while meeting the needs of the individuals we serve in Lake County. The meeting will be held at Broadmoor School/Broadening Abilities at 8090 Broadmoor Road in Mentor on November 13th at 6:00pm. We hope that you will be able to attend the meeting and provide us with your input. It is important that as we develop this plans we know what is important to you and to all eligible individuals in Lake County.
