Learning Aid Ohio Announces Summer Program
Learning Aid Ohio exists to subsidize the cost to hire tutors, aides, or in-home providers who can provide learning support for students on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or Section 504 Plans in response to the challenging school year. The Learning Aid Ohio Summer Program will offer each qualifying student $2,000 to spend on services through LearningOhio.com. Students with IEPs and 504s have individualized accommodations that are difficult to achieve with in-person help, and this program aims to bridge the gap in services to promote academic success and growth throughout the summer.
Learning Aid Ohio is also looking for more learning providers who can set their own hours, rate of pay, and manage bookings. This paid, flexible position provides opportunities for meaningful educational experiences for students on IEPs or 504 Plans.
