Family Forum: Transition Services & Employment Navigation on July 28

The Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/ Deepwood (LCBDD) recognizes that the transition from high school to adulthood can be challenging for persons who have disabilities. In order to better serve students aged 14-22 years, the County Board’s Service and Support Administration team offers Transition Services.

Please join us in the third session in our series of Family Forums for 2021 on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 to discuss Transition Services & Employment Navigation. The meeting begins at 6:30 PM, and you can choose to attend in-person or online via Zoom.

Presenters for the session are Brenda Moore, Julie O’Neil, and Nicole Fisher from LCBDD’s SSA Transition and Employment Navigation Services.

If attending in-person, join us at the Lake County Board of DD – Building A, located at 8121 Deepwood Blvd in Mentor, Ohio. We will be meeting in the large conference room.

If attending virtually, contact Nicole Fisher at 440-350-5071 or nicole.fisher@lakebdd.org to receive a Zoom invitation and meeting link.

These events are intended to be informational, covering topics of interest to the individuals and families we serve. Learn more about our Service and Support Administration team and how we support Lake County at https://lakebdd.org/service-support-administration/.
