Are you an individual receiving services from the County Board, or a parent, family member, guardian or caregiver of someone receiving services funded by the Lake County Board of DD/Deepwood?

If so, we want to hear from YOU! 

It’s time to develop a new three year Strategic Plan (2023-2025) and we’d like your input during the sessions listed below.
